2. General Information on Data Processing

We collect and use personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users generally takes place only with the user's consent. An exception applies in cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

Where we obtain consent from the data subject for processing operations involving personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis. For processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. To safeguard our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by:

ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany

ALL-INKL is a German hosting provider. All servers are located exclusively in Germany. When you visit our website, ALL-INKL automatically collects information in server log files transmitted by your browser. This may include: IP address, date and time of request, browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, and the requested file name.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable provision of our online offering). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with ALL-INKL.

For more information, please refer to ALL-INKL's privacy policy: https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen/

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL/TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

5. Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form including the contact data you provided (name, email address, subject, and message) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You give your consent by activating the checkbox in the contact form. You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.

Use of Web3Forms
For the technical transmission of contact form data, we use the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com). When you submit the contact form, your form data (name, email address, subject, message) is transmitted via an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to Web3Forms servers and forwarded from there as an email to us. Web3Forms does not store the form data permanently — it is used exclusively for the one-time delivery of the email.

The legal basis for transmission is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). For more information, please refer to the Web3Forms privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy

Your contact data stored with us will be deleted once the purpose of the inquiry has been fulfilled and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

6. Fonts

This website uses the "Inter" font for consistent text display. The font is hosted locally on our server and is not loaded from external servers (e.g., Google Fonts). No connection to third-party providers is established, and no IP address or other data is transmitted to third parties when the font is loaded.

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. No first-party or third-party cookies are set. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required at this time.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

With regard to your personal data stored by us, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain free information about your personal data stored by us.
